PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING RULES

1. Concepts

1.1. 1.2. The buyer is an active natural or legal person who purchased a product in the online store www.visit.mazeikiai.lt.

1.3. The rules for handling personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) regulate the basic principles of personal data collection, processing and storage, which are relied upon by the Data Controller when processing the Buyer's personal data.

2. General provisions

2.1. The processing of the buyer's personal data is determined by the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts regulating the collection of such data and these Rules.

2.2. Customer data is collected for defined and legitimate purposes and handled fairly and accurately.

3. Processing of personal data

3.1. The buyer agrees that the personal data that he voluntarily provides during the order will be processed based on these rules.

3.2. The buyer has the right to get acquainted with his personal data and the right to demand the correction of incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate personal data or their removal by writing an e-mail. by email at mazeikiutvic@gmail.com or by calling 8-443-67177. In this case, the seller must implement the buyer's request immediately (within 1-2 working days).

3.3. The Data Controller recognizes and respects the right to privacy of every Buyer who places an order in the online store www.visit.mazeikiai.lt. The Data Controller collects and uses the Buyer's personal data (name or surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address and other information specified during the online store order) for the processing of orders for goods or services or the fulfillment of other assumed contractual obligations. When placing an order, the customer can express his consent/disagreement to the use of his personal data for direct marketing purposes. He does this by ticking the box (I agree to the use of my personal data for direct marketing purposes).

3.4. The Data Controller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer's personal data to third parties, with the exception of the Data Controller's partners providing goods delivery or other services related to the proper fulfillment of the Buyer's order. In all other cases, the Buyer's personal data may be disclosed to third parties only in accordance with the procedure provided by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

3.5. Personal data is processed using secure means that protect this data from unauthorized destruction, disclosure or other illegal actions.

3.6. The data of individuals who have consented to their data being used for direct marketing purposes are stored in an active database and used for 3 years for direct marketing purposes. After this period, the customer's data is immediately (automatically) destroyed. Automatic destruction of personal data is supervised by a responsible person.

4. Changing the Rules

4.1. The data controller has the right to partially or fully change the Rules by notifying the https://visit.mazeikiai.lt/ internet store . The seller undertakes to make it technically possible for the buyer to agree to the updated Privacy Policy.

4.2. Additions or changes to the rules take effect from the day they are published, that is, from the day they appear in the online store https://visit.mazeikiai.lt/.

4.3. If the Buyer does not agree with the new version of the Rules, he has the right to refuse it in writing .

4.4. If, after the addition or change of the Rules, the Buyer continues to use the services provided by the online store, it is considered that the Buyer agrees with the new version of the Rules .

5. Provision and transmission of information

5.2. The Data Controller provides the answer in the same form in which the notification or claim was received .
