15 km from Mažeikiai. Juodeikiai pine forest stretches along the Venta River, in the territory of Kapėnai forest district. The town of Viekšniai is located on the other side of the river. In the Juodeikiai pine forest, the inhabitants of the town have been organizing May, St. John's and other holidays since ancient times.
