Visitors can expect an exhibition of dahlias, the creation of compositions from dahlias, the opening of the festival, and a rich concert program. 
The following will appear on stage: Andrius Alminas, Freja, Radžis, Gintarė Karaliūnaitė, Lady Caramel, the group "16Hz", as well as other groups and performers.
Children's entertainment will be available for the little participants of the festival, and the festive fair will feature folk artists and traders from all over Lithuania.
There will also be an educational program "Let's get to know Lithuanian wines".
