"After one year... After writing the first book, "The Art of Living Well," I didn't want to stop. That's how this second one was born. Writing a book for one year is a relatively short period of time. However, it is also a discipline - not to miss a single day and to organize and sort thoughts into social media posts, and later - into the pages of a book. All the stories of another year - from Easter to Easter - are felt, experienced, and made sad. Some are written through tears, others - with a feeling of infinite gratitude to another person, to one's own being, to the Supreme. Some - with a purposeful intention to open one's eyes wider, and maybe - to the reader as well.
This is the second book, "The Art of Living Well. After One Year," a sequel to the first. So a more perfect title than the first "didn't stick." Only the continuation of the title, "After One Year," conveys our relentless movement forward—after all, none of us stopped halfway. So, it's likely that the second book will be somewhat different.
Going deep is not like going into a cave. On the contrary, when you go deep in your perception of the world, you broaden your horizons, you no longer close yourself within four walls and are not limited to someone's expressed opinion. You look at the sky more often. You break boundaries or at least expand your field of vision. Ask a few questions and look for answers yourself. Because scientific research also changes - some researchers get different results than others. So, what should you believe in? Only God, only science, only created or imposed authorities?
