May is International Plant Admiration Month.
The Viekšniai Pharmacy Museum joins the invitation of the Vytautas Magnus University Botanical Garden, the national coordinator of the international event "Plant Admiration Day" in Lithuania, to join the widely celebrated plant admiration festival in the world.
The goal of "Plant Charm Day", initiated by the European Plant Research Organization (EPSO) and celebrated in as many as 66 countries, is to encourage people to become interested in plants, spread an ecological message, and emphasize the importance of plants for agriculture, the food industry, and environmental protection.
